Drizzle Algorithm
  • Tested for 2 Dragonfly Cluster images (blue filter, no. 1 and 15) from observation 2. Stacking 1 image took approx. 2 hours.
  • Overlap parameters (transformation in relation to origin):
    • dx = +47.69 pixels
    • dy = -4.38 pixels
    • theta = 0.181 degrees (clockwise)

Star Scaling
  • Plotted matched stars in a single true data frame and measured data (81 stars)
  • Fitted line of best fit to the stars using equation of a straight line, found parameters using curve fit, use these to calculate scaling problem
