-- First get the cavity out of tunnel and assemble the plate.

-- If problem with height, then (1) cut side plates by required height, and put two new through holes. (2) put two new tapped holes in bottom plates accordingly. This way you will not need to make new bottom plate, if the coaxial adapter has enough room.

-- Varify the beam pipe heigh of cavity, if much offset then make and submit drawing for another holding plates.
