- As our meeting is outside term time the college bus service
between Egham station and the RHUL campus will be running a limited service. Tickets cost £1 and can be purchased from the driver. Alternatively, it's about a 20 minute walk.

- The ATLAS UK 2011 plenary sessions take place in the main auditorium of the Windsor Building (#2), School of Management.
- Registration is in the foyer outside the auditorium.
- The poster sessions take place in a nearby seminar room.

Where to go when you arrive
- If you arrive on Tuesday evening, please go directly to The Hub Reception to get the keys to your room.
- If you arrive on Wednesday morning please go directly to the conference venue (Windsor Building), where you will be able to register for the meeting and get the keys to your room.

- Internet access will be available via a wireless network in the meeting rooms and a RJ45 socket in your bedroom.

- Please bring your own ethernet cable for use in your room. A few will be on sale at the Hub reception if you forget.
