TIMETABLE -- add a timetable to a topic

The %TIMETABLE% variable is handled by the TimeTablePlugin.
Syntax: %TIMETABLE{attr1="value" attr2="value"}%

Example:

%TIMETABLE%
   * Mon - 12pm - 1pm - Lunch with Marry
