Load 12apr24_2334.dat settings by hand (beam off for abnormal current on B2FF when directly loaded) and tuning for background.

Lowest background ~ 6000 counts. Try to match orbit from last night, background ~ 8000. Go back to earlier settings. Distribution is not Gaussian, sharply peaked with wing structure.

Very small scan. Take access to check laser energy, very low ~ 30mJ before the chamber. SHG crystal not tuned for maximum energy. SHG tuned up, ~ 40mJ measured in the green with attenuator at 80us. Beam path checked downstairs to see if it moved, seemed fine. Checked phase scan, timing set at 5.2V. Then beam lost as modulator 4 trips. SB restored linac but injection into damping ring not good. Terunuma-san skyped into control room to advise on improving the injection.

Beam restored. Check timing. Laser PC3 timing needed adjusting after timing scan, also additional cabling on TD2 module as phase wrapping exactly on overlap. Collisions seen straight away at CV:841 and 12000 counts on background 8000.
