Calibrations to be Cut or Repeated
Have to be careful about making cuts, because in some cases, they are the only calibrations of those BPMs this week. However, even single cuts can remove several outliers because they skew the mean by so much.

Histograms with all the cuts above except for the last one.
Other notes:
- QM12FFy 6th calibration (bpmAllMoverCalibration_20111206_023343.dat) is an outlier but I can see no reason to cut it. It was the only one of the 6 calibrations done in the second week.
- The BPMs QF9BFF (x and y) and SF6FFx account for 6 of the remaining outliers. Nothing is obviously wrong with the calibrations but only two have been taken so far.
- QF9AFFx seems particularly unstable for no obvious reason.
Mover Cut in Analysis
I added a cut to the SVD calibration analysis that removes anomalous mover readouts. All the outliers that were there because of this reason are now removed. The following histograms only have QF7FF calibrations cut.
