Software description

The BPM software is constructed from three major pieces.

• Raw data (digitiser) databases (IOCs) database PVs VME hardware
• Processed data databases (software IOCs) database PVs
• EDM/Python/channel access - analysis, control etc Developers guide Analysis guide

The logical computing elements are

• VME VxWorks IOCs (raw data databases)
• Linux PC (processed data databases and EDM/Python/channel access)

Software repository

There is SVN repository at RHUL, which requires password access
