Research Interests
My research interests include diagnostics of low emittance beams, in particular the development of a micron-scale
laser-wire system. I also develop and use
BDSIM
, a beam line simulation tool kit, to investigate various processes in future high energy electron positron colliders such as the
International Linear Collider
(ILC) and the
Compact Linear Collider
(CLIC) with emphasis on beam profile and emittance diagnostics systems and collimators. I am also working on particle tracking simulations for the Large Hadron Collider (
LHC), focusing on the collimators and the machine-detector interface.
