The Packhorse

The Holly Tree

• Local Pub
• Serves a wide selection of value for money food

The Fox and Hounds

The Fox and Hounds is next to the Bishops Gate entrance to Windsor Great Park, about a mile from the college (20 mins walk). A further 20 minute walk into the Great Park can get you to Smiths lawn in one direction or the "Copper Horse" (Prince Albert Memorial) in the other. The "Copper Horse" is on snow hill which offers a magnificent view of Windsor and Windsor Castle. The ambitious might like to walk the 3 miles to Windsor Castle down the Long Walk. There is a good pub very near the other end, The Two Brewers. There is a bus from Windsor which passes the college if you don't fancy the walk back.

The Rose and Olive Branch

• Traditional pub.
• Good selection of food. + About 1 mile from Campus.

• A little further, but worth the Journey, picturesque views of the Lake, and good pub food.
• "If you don't mind a 15 minutes walk or 5 min car journey, this is the best pub you will find in the area!"

The Bailiwick

• The Bailiwick is a restaurant in the opposite direction from the college to Egham. It is on the edge of Windsor Great Park so a visit can be combined with a pre or post dinner walk to Smiths lawn polo ground. They serve good quality British food.
