Research Interests
My research time is primarily occupied with two main topics:
- The physics of RF accelerating cavities. This includes calculations, simulations, and measurement of the fields present within such cavities, as well as the dynamics of relativistic, charged, particles as they move through such fields.
- The development of a simulation package to allow modelling of particles as they move through a typical accelerator beamline.
