  • Select one peak of data, fit gaussian to peak with term for background
    • find standard deviation of the gaussian fit
  • Plot the focus distance with satndard deviations of line, should produce linear plot, minimum of the plot is best focus.
  • Also plot camera rotation angle with standard deivation of line, should see similar plot to focus where minimum is at best angle for camera.
  • Find/prodice image of spectrometer, with optical fibre.
