• Put the poisson error curve on the plot
  • Look at the relative fluctuation compared to the total number in histogram
    • where $p_i = \frac{n_i}{N}$
    • for multinomial distribution
    • and $V[p_i] = \frac{V[n_i]}{N^2} = \frac{p_i(1-p_i)}{N}$
    • compare to rms of $p_i$


  • make $D_{x=0}$ a fit parameter
  • change degrees into radians, and check all other units


  • lower the width of the circle radius for fit
  • find the positional spread of fibres
  • compare positions of spectral lines to real values
