We meet at 14:00 UK time and expect to meet for 30 minutes. The format is that a member will talk about a paper of inerest they have read in the field of accelerator physics. People will volunteer before the meeting to read a paper. Schedule is posted bellow. A discussion will follow a short presentation of the paper.

Proposed list of articles

Suggested articles in the areas of Accelerator machine development and concepts. Topics include the areas of collider accelerators, light sources, medical and industrial applications, and others. It is not necessary to chose one of the following articles.

High-efficiency acceleration of an electron beam in a plasma wakefield accelerator

Demonstration of electron acceleration in a laser-driven dielectric microstructure

Atom-at-a-time laser resonance ionization spectroscopy of nobelium

Schedule
