BSc Project 3rd Observation

- Arrived at 6pm -Found a suitable open cluster on stellarium - Focused and calibrated both wide field and narrow field telescopes - Narrow on Pollux and Wide on M67 - Trying different frames to understand alignment (moved in the positive x direction for 60s, and then another 140s at speed 2)

- took images with different exposure times ranging from 5s to 300s with the narrow field camera

-turned on the guiding system and repeated the step above

-took images of Pinwheel galaxy with guiding system on + one image with simple autodark frame
